The team behind Maileroo and CampaignLark, building email platforms from the ground up, driven by user feedback and a love for the craft.

The team behind it all
Think of us as a bunch of email enthusiasts who came together in 2022 to create Maileroo, an email delivery solution providing SMTP and Email API for software, websites, and applications.
We are Areeb and Patrick, and we first met in 2020 during our first year at university in Melbourne. With backgrounds in both front-end and back-end development, we built Maileroo with one goal in mind: to create better, more reliable email infrastructure for developers and businesses.
We focus on building an experience shaped by real user feedback. We love connecting with people from all backgrounds and see that as a strength in creating a platform designed purely for the happiness and success of our users.
From Maileroo to CampaignLark
In 2024, we at Maileroo released our email marketing platform and since then have spent time conducting feedback surveys, focus groups and 1:1 sessions to improve our systems. With our previous email marketing product being quite restrictive and providing only the necessities for sending, we took that feedback, pulled it out of the Maileroo ecosystem, rebranded it and isolated its infrastructure into this new and improved platform, CampaignLark.

We have people all over the world engaging and working within our team, but the core team is based in Australia, offering a support experience shaped by our email and development backgrounds. We take what we do seriously; it has become a big part of our lives, and we are proud of the systems Maileroo and CampaignLark are part of.
